Family and child focused, non-judgemental and professional dietetic advice
I’m a highly experienced paediatric dietitian (BSc, MSc, HCPC registered) with over 15 years of clinical experience in the NHS and internationally.
I hold a Master of Science in Paediatrics and Child Health from UCL and currently lead the Ketogenic Dietary Therapy service at Evelina London Children’s Hospital.
I specialise in infant and child nutrition — supporting families with challenges such as cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA), weaning, fussy eating, reflux, constipation, growth concerns, and suspected eating disorders.
I also provide specialist support for adolescents and adults within the family.
I offer cooking workshops, recipe development, as well as tailored support for catering services — including menu reviews, meal planning, and food service consultations.
My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your child’s and family's unique needs — helping you feel confident and supported in creating a healthy, balanced relationship with food at home.
I take the time to understand your child in the context of your whole family. I work collaboratively with paediatricians and healthcare professionals to create joined-up, personalised care that fits your routines, culture, and real life.
I know how frustrating it can feel when you’ve already tried so much. I provide a calm, non-judgemental space and practical, evidence-based advice to help you feel confident in the next steps — no guilt, no pressure.
The real work happens at home — and I’ll be there to guide you. Whether you need a one-off consultation or ongoing support, I’ll help you implement strategies that truly work for your family, with clear guidance every step of the way.
If you simply need a one-off consultation with clear, tailored advice — and the reassurance that you can come back at any time — that’s absolutely fine.
But if you’d like longer-term support, whether you're navigating feeding difficulties, preparing for pregnancy and weaning, or working on your relationship with food, I’m here to support you throughout your journey.
On request, I can visit your home to observe mealtimes, provide cooking lessons, help reorganise your pantry, or even join you on a supermarket shop to explore food choices together.
I don’t just focus on nutritional content — I help you address the real-life barriers to putting advice into action. Together, we’ll build a plan that fits your lifestyle, your family, and your goals.
A one-off consultation provides clear, tailored advice specific to your child’s or family’s needs. You’ll leave with practical guidance and a personalised plan — and the reassurance that you can return for follow-up support at any time.
For families needing longer-term care, I offer ongoing support to help you implement changes, track progress, and adjust plans over time. This is ideal for managing complex issues such as feeding difficulties, gut health, or navigating the stages of pregnancy, weaning, and childhood nutrition.
Sometimes the best way to understand what’s happening is to see things in action. I can visit your home to observe mealtimes in a relaxed, non-judgemental way — no extra preparation needed. This allows us to tailor strategies to your real environment and challenges.
I offer hands-on support including:
Nutrition is only part of the picture. I help you uncover and address the lifestyle, emotional, and practical barriers that may be making change difficult. Together, we’ll build a plan that fits your life — not just your plate.

Yes, I offer both in-person and online consultations. You can choose the format that works best for your family.
As an experienced and highly specialised paediatric dietitian, I am able to support clients from infancy through adolescence, and also offer guidance to parents and carers. I can also advise on adult and family-focused nutrition where needed.
No referral is needed. However, I’m happy to work alongside your GP, paediatrician or other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
That depends on your goals. Some families need just one session, others benefit from more ongoing support. We’ll discuss what’s right for you after the initial consultation.
